IBTM World Barcelona 2024
In November 2024, Barcelona hosted a new edition of IBTM World, the international gathering dedicated to meetings, incentives, congresses and events tourism. The city once again became the meeting point for MICE industry professionals, who during those days moved between hotels, exhibition venues and networking spaces.
For events of this kind, transfers set the pace of the day. Black Button offers a private chauffeur service designed so that attendees reach each point on time without worrying about parking, traffic or the logistics of each journey.
Chauffeur-driven transfers for trade shows and congresses
Our services cover the usual needs of a professional event in Barcelona:
- Pickups at the airport, train station or port.
- Transfers between the hotel and the exhibition venue.
- Transport to dinners, meetings and parallel events.
- Vehicles available throughout the stay, with chauffeur at your disposal.
The Black Button fleet consists of spacious, comfortable vehicles, suitable both for an individual transfer and for small groups with luggage. The goal is for travel time to be a calm part of the day, not a source of stress.
A service designed for the business traveler
Those who travel for work value predictability: knowing that the car will be there at the agreed time, that the driver knows the city and that the journey fits the day's schedule. That is the standard we apply to every service, both at large trade shows and at smaller congresses.
If you are preparing your attendance at an event in Barcelona, you can contact Black Button to organize your private chauffeur transfers and tailor the service to your schedule.
