ICE Barcelona 2025 with Private Chauffeur
In January 2025, on the occasion of ICE Barcelona 2025, Black Button was operating in Barcelona offering private chauffeur service to attendees of the event. Pickup was at the Monument Hotel 5GL Barcelona, a usual starting point for clients who need absolute punctuality in their travels.
A Service Designed for Trade Shows and Congresses
Events like ICE concentrate a large volume of meetings, transfers, and appointments into just a few days. For this reason, the service is organized in advance: the chauffeur waits at the agreed point, the vehicle is ready, and the route is planned to avoid unnecessary delays.
The image shows one of the fleet vehicles, a Mercedes, parked in front of the hotel, next to the building's modernist facade. It is the type of car used for these services: spacious, discreet, and with the comfort needed to work or rest between trips.
What the Private Chauffeur Service Includes
- Pickup at hotel, airport, station, or convention center.
- Professional driver and luxury vehicle.
- Availability for one-off trips or hourly service.
- Service in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
Black Button works with clients who visit Barcelona for business, tourism, or events, and adapts each service to the day's needs: a meeting, a dinner, a visit to a winery, or a transfer to the port.
Book in Advance
If you plan to attend a congress or trade show in Barcelona, it is advisable to book the chauffeur service as far in advance as possible. This guarantees vehicle availability and adjusts the schedule to the client's agenda.
You can contact Black Button to organize your transfer in Barcelona and obtain more information about the available services.
