An intense week of meetings in Barcelona
In March 2024, Barcelona's agenda filled up with important meetings. During those days, Black Button was at the service of clients who needed to move around the city punctually and discreetly, with door-to-door chauffeur-driven transfers.
The Centre de Telecomunicacions i Tecnologies de la Informació (CTTI) was one of the key locations that week. Our chauffeur waited outside the building, with the vehicle ready, to pick up a client after their meeting and continue to the next appointment of the day.
Chauffeur-driven transfers for tight schedules
When the day is packed with back-to-back meetings, time is the most valuable resource. That is why we work with flexible planning: the chauffeur knows the route, anticipates access points and waits until the client is finished, without rushing and without unnecessary calls.
- Door-to-door pickup and arrival.
- Waiting during the meeting.
- Comfortable, quiet vehicles to work or rest between appointments.
- Coordination of multiple stops in a single day.
Discretion and confidentiality
Business travel requires privacy. Our service is based on discretion: the chauffeur does not share information about routes, schedules or passengers, and the client can talk on the phone or prepare documents on board with complete peace of mind.
A service designed so that the client arrives rested and on time for every appointment.
