Private chauffeur service for corporate meetings in Barcelona
In January 2023, Black Button began the week of corporate meetings with a private chauffeur service from Hotel W Barcelona. The day started at dawn, with the city still in blue tones and the lights along the seafront promenade still on.
For this type of travel, Black Button's fleet includes vehicles such as the Mercedes V-Class, a minivan that offers space, comfort, and discretion for journeys between hotels, offices, and meeting centers. The service is designed so that passengers can make the most of the trip and arrive at their destination without worrying about driving, parking, or punctuality.
Transfers for the MICE sector in Barcelona
Barcelona is a common destination for congresses, incentives, and corporate events. Private chauffeur services cover transfers between the airport, hotels, and the venues where meetings are held. In this case, the pickup point was Hotel W, located facing the sea, a frequent setting for business trips.
The Mercedes V-Class minivan allows several passengers with luggage to travel in the same vehicle, which is practical when the group shares an agenda and schedules. The chauffeur handles the route and logistics so that travel time is comfortable and predictable.
